A convincing 44-35 victory in the final sees the Princess crowned the 2017 Forum Figure of the Year. Apart from the tie with Jawa in the quarter finals it has been clear sailing for the woman in white.

The first good guy to ever win the comp. The first figure with a face to win the comp. Fitting the princess should win with the sad passing of Carrie.

There's been some cracking match ups this year. Hoth Stormie v Luke X-Wing, Stormtrooper v Vader and Yoda v TIE Pilot stand out from the second round. Stromtrooper v Fett and TIE Pilot v Farmboy live in the memory from the third round. Jawa v Leia was a corker in the quarters, whilst Biker Scouts victory over Fett in the semis was a belter.

It's been a cracking comp, voting has been for the most part nearly three times more than previous contests. Thank you to everyone who took their time to vote.

I always tally up a mini points system for all figures since I started this back in 2014. 10 points to the winner, 6 points to the runner up, 4 points for losing semi finalists, 3 points for losing quarter finalists, 2 points for losing third rounders and 1 point for losing second rounders. So with all four contests added up the current top ten figures in this sytem are as follows;

Nice work Stu - another great competition.

As you seem to love the stats.. can you do a final table of all figures with the total votes cast for them in all rounds... obviously ( i think...) those in the final and semi will still top that table as they will have had the most chances to receive votes, but the cascade would be interesting to see top to bottom.

Quite interesting actually, that Leia who won the competition only received 1 more single vote than the Biker Scout over the Competition. Whilst TIE Pilot who reached the semi finals was 50 or more votes less than the other two beaten semi finalists Jawa and Fett, whilst luke Bespin abd Hoth Stormie eliminated in Quarter finals got more votes than him also.

I am surprised to see

Anakin Skywalker and Bespin Security Guard (Black) both got 3 votes. I would have thought anakin was alone in the bottom :shock:

What a great competition that was! It was an inevitable conclusion but the winner is worthy.
