Pretty sure those loose figures are all modern (ie, 1995+) so would be worth hardly anything

Can't help on the vehicles unfortunately but you might get a few quid for them, but again not much as they are not complete

The Falcon & X-wing are modern as well, give them to some kids to play with because they really have very little value.
