Definitely. I'm I'm gonna spend that much on an average one, its better to spend a bit more and wait for a nicer one.
It's not like you can get it as a cheap filler card until you find a better one.
I also think the same seller has/had another chewy and a couple if Luke's. a guy was asking for valuations on RS a little while back and posted pictures of this chewy and the rest so he may have been testing the water with the poorer condition one? Ill try and link the thread later if I can find it. I think he inherited them ungraded and got them all graded to sell.
