As in the title, how much for a good complete condition 1st 12 run?, getting sick of getting outbid on Leia and luke and there's a set on ebay for around £245, what do you guys reckon?, I've got a han and sand person that would be sold to offset the cost

Near mint loose prices are as follows approx:
R2 = £40
Chewbacca = £16
Leia = £100
Luke = £70
Han = £25
Ben = £30
DV = £30
Jawa = £35
Tusken Raider = £25
DSC = £25
C3PO = £30
Stormtrooper = £30
So around £450
So IMO a first 12 at £245 is a good price if all the weapons are original and the figures in reasonably good nic.

And everyone's definition of mint varies, some people will pay 2 or 3 times over the usual value just to get an R2 with a perfect sticker for example.

I would say JabbaWookie's assessment is pretty much spot on.
I completed my first 12 about 3 weeks ago, I overpaid a bit for a couple of them, but the ones I have are true minters (I am picky about that).
I would say the whole lot were around the £600 mark, but as I said, I overpaid on about four of them to get pretty much perfect examples.
