at the minute ive got a few decent things selling on ebay , the main worry is posting things which are very expensive .. iam always on the look out for scammers... why would you keep your feedback private ??? as that spells trouble to me .....

people might not want others have a look at his past purchases etc.
He might buy pornos or blow up dolls and not want any friends or family to ind out!?

Some countries have stricter privacy laws and the feedback is private to comply with the local law.

Many German ebayers feedback is private and it may well be that Austria is the same.

Alot of German sellers do have private feedback but it is optional as far as I am aware.
