Stef's wobbly limb Biker Scout is one of the coolest (and funniest) variants i've ever seen. :)
Interesting gotta link bud?

No. It was something he brought to our Midlands meet-up. Some sort of bootleg ...Edit - I just asked. It was Hungarian 8)

Hammerheads with eyes in differing positions.... I have 3 so far....always want more though

Surely that completes the set.................. unless there are some boss eyed variants out there

Love the LJ moulded head variant as well as the hollow tubes Tusken 8)

 quality so there are boss eyed variants 8)

Funny how no one has mentioned a VC Jawa.

I can't decide which i like best but the YPS Snowtrooper and short mouth Biker are probably my top two, but own neither.

Mine would have to be the Takara Stormtrooper, if only because it took me so damn long to get one. Plus, who can resist those child-bearing hips? ;-)

Toltoys vc jawa, i love it's mysteries and the contradiction in price vs quality. It's a variant of a variant, it mysteriously shows up on an ESB card long after the introduction of the cloth cape, it's most expensive part looks like a fake regular vc jawa cape and the figure itself is best known for it's poor production quality/ degrading plastic.
