Just wanted to say a big thanks to Dave for sorting out another brilliant day. Not only was there the best display of strictly vintage goodness (and for sale!) but it was great to get to meet some of the ladds face to face.

Welcome to SWFUK

Sounds like everyone had an absolute blast!

I too would like to hear if their is any possibility of moving it to a more Central Location? Bham, Manchester? Nottingham?

Was I even there??!

Didn't have time to finish the dioramas to the standard I wanted so only sold some MOC's and bits n bobs, thanks to all who bought from me, although I did find it hard to let some of it go!!

Whenever the next one is (mentions of JULY), I will definitely be able to get some dioramas up and ready which will also be FOR SALE!!

Great day, time went very quickly and good to see all the new faces making an effort to travel down.

Looked like another smashing event, even more gutted I missed it seeing those pictures. Good to see the usual stalls full of vintage goodness. Will make sure I am free for the next one.

Number one feedback from those that attend: where's the pie man?
Number one feedback from those that haven't attended: can it be held elsewhere?

For those that have never attended or looked, it's where I have my shop, and as a result I get discount rates for hire. Anywhere else and the costs soar, which needs to be covered by dealers and attendees. Also realistically the potential size and interest of the vintage market does not warrant larger venues unless you widen the toy subject. Also experience tells me that wherever it is held and the date will never work for everyone, so best advice is make the trip, enjoy the event and maybe even support my shop, so I can keep cranking them out :)

Looks like another great show. Well done Dave for organising it all.

On a side note, what was the common consensus on the the grey limbed hoth troopers?

He did indeed, we held a moment's silence in honour of its passing.
