Not sure- something is planned- but it was a secret I believe.
Can confirm with Grant, there will be one in Sept, towards the middle or end. Jamie, I would hold onto it until FF, less hassle no fee's, no postage!!!

I'm looking at going to this one in September (my first Farthest From), it'd be great to meet up with everyone and see what's for sale. I think it's held somewhere in the New Forest, Barry. A 400 mile round trip in my old Morris is a little too much to contemplate in one day... so I'm going to incorporate it into a long weekend break down at my sister's in Devon. Tootling across a couple of counties at a maximum 50mph won't be too bad, then :?
Yeh, looking at the last one it's between Bournemouth and Southampton. Be a weekend job really. Could go and visit my sister in Basingstoke as well. To far to travel for a show but not so bad if i can sell it as 'a weekend away' :wink:

Guys its in a little village/town called Fordingbridge, Bournemouth. Basically a guy on here called David Tree organises the event. He run's a shop, 'All The Cool Stuff' opposite the town hall where the event is held. It involves 3 - 4 talks during the day, at the last one we had Gus Lopez and Duncan Jenkins there doing one of the talks, LEGENDS!!!!!! There are a number of stalls selling vintage Star Wars, some have other vintage toys as well. The main side of it really is the social aspect. I think if you look at the old threads you will see a couple of pics of who was there from the forum. I think there's usually 15 - 20 of us there.
Although its a long way for you guys, I would do the trip. Its a great day and I have never come home empty handed.

Each of the 3 times I've been I've spent £150 - £300!!! It's hard not to buy when you've got it in hand old school style, not just looking at a picture on the net.

I've emailed Dave to try and find out a date. There was talk of November as well so September may be off. It does say on his website coming September 2013.

I'm planning on attending as a seller (as well as a buyer, no doubt!) with my Star Wars canvas art. At least if it's rumoured to be in November it'll give me more time to get some painting done :shock:jedi_masters said:
