Picked This up with two other Luke's a few years back when i first started collecting but just recently a collector on Facebook told me it was fake.
It has the proof of purchase removed and the bubble is coming away slightly...I didn't think anyone would have re carded to this?
Could you have a look and tell me what you think and if it does turn out to be real how much do you think it would be worth?

Cheers!

Why did he say it was fake ? It looks good to me

Just checked back and all he said was that it looked like a reseal. He is a pretty well respected collector that is being featured on a Documentary about Star Wars collecting so i just took his word for it....the picture he saw is no where as good and clear as this one though.

Might be a reseal but the card is fine - the rip at the top of the card suggests that the bubble has been pulled off at some point and there seems to be some glue residue at the top

Any idea of it's worth?

Top be honest, if it is a reseal (and it does look like one) then really it is only worth the value of the figure and the cardback - I wouldn't think you'd get much more than about £30 for it

Real cardback...real bubble...real footer....not so go reseal job.

Oh well at least it's real I suppose....Bit gutted that bit is a reseal but it displays pretty well.
Do you think this will ever be worth much or a waste of time?

If it were re-done properly...it could be worth a little more than some have said. It really depends on why you are collecting. A real sealed example will cost you way more.......so unless you are investing...I would be happy with it in your collection.

I'm collecting because I am a collector and i love Star Wars.....It's also nice to know that they are also an investment even though i will probs never sell them in my lifetime!
