It does look like an E comparing to the font used on the F so 'FACTORY SE******** maybe Kenner Production or Protection' It suggests to m that it was a sample but they realised Yodas were selling like hotcakes so they just sent the samples out to the shops as well. An interesting piece for the millionaire VSW collector.

Definitely looks like what Hooch said, Factory sealed for your protection. I'd be siding with the opinion it's been stuck on there from another product as the thank you sticker over the top makes no sense at all.
