Factory defects

I'm archiving some figures and noticed a peculiarity on the back of my Ben (Obi-Wan) Kenobi (tri-logo Made in China).
There is a small dent and a longer crease in the back of his head. Clicking through other images of the same figure I don't see this sort of thing.

Has anyone else noticed this sort of factory defect?

Iv'e got a carded trilogo and a loosie, no dent on either of mine.

That mark though to me actually looks like somebody squashed his head with scissors or something. :?

I've had some strange face sculps in the past on some snow and stormtroopers but that's about it

Pretty sure it left the factory like that due to a bad pour. (It wasn't squashed or cut as it's been mine since the shop).
