It's looking like it could be the usual suspects (ie 2 from 4) in the final AGAIN this year!

With Blackburn, Villa, Everton (Brum, and Sunderland) all out and one of Man City/West Ham and Spurs/Reading to join them, there aint many half decent sides left in who could give the big four a run for their money.
Your looking at the winners of the two all premiership ties and Portsmouth plus maybe Newcastle.

I probably just jinxed it now and Liverpool will lose to Luton!

Ohh and good to see United picking up where they left off in last seasons final! That Villa game was ****ing torture!

I listened to it on the radio.
Fair play to Luton sounded like they totally deserved (at least) a replay.
Surely it wasn't as bad as the United Villa one!?

I fell asleep watching the Villa game !!

The Luton game wasn't boring, just depressing as a LFC fan. :(

Sadly the clock is ticking on Rafa's job, he knows it, the fans know it and now so do the players. :x

Either way this summer will be crucial to the clubs future, if Rafa goes what will Torres, Alonso and Gerrard etc do?

I don't want Klinsmann within 10 feet of the club and if we do change manager I'd probably give it to Martin O'Neill. He's someone who always gets the best out of players, doesn't excessively rotate and won't complain about budgets.

I agree about Klinsmann.

There is a lot of talk about Mourinho in the papers today. Not sure what to make of it. He is a proven winner, but also a proven WANKER!

If the owners stay I can't see them wanting to have to deal with Mourinho's public rantings as he's worse than Rafa at that.

The only problem I have with Rafa is that he is too tactical to have a real chance of winning the league. It works in Europe because other continental teams do the same but when we play Wigan, Reading and Birmngham etc he changes not only the players but also the formation "to try and beat the opposition"!! :x Liverpool should not need to change tactics or formation to work out how to beat lesser teams they should be worrying about us !!

It'll be interesting to see what the Yanks do in the summer.
I really rate Rafa as a manager, just wish he would get over the bloody obsession with rotation. I don't mind a bit, but he gets carried away IMHO.

Hardly a great Fourth round draw for the neutrals. All of the big four got pretty comfortable ties.

United home to Spurs/Reading,
Wigan V's Chelsea,
Arsenal home to Newcastle/Stoke,
Luton/Liverpool V's Cardiff/Havant&Waterlooville.

Although with seven premiership teams out already, and at least two more to go before the fourth round even starts, the three potential all premiership classes in the fourth round mean that there will be at most eight premiership teams in the last 16.

You got your wish, he's taking over at Bayern this summer when Hitzfelt leaves. Big Sam is available now!

Six premiership sides left in the last 16 of the cup!
Good for the neutrals.
Although with the big four there you gotta fancy the same old for the final.

Liverpool Home to Barnsley happy enough with that!
United V's Arsenal HAPPY DAYS!
Chelsea V's Huddersfield..........a bye to next round.
