Hi guys,
I bought this loose Yoda from a seller in the States almost 3 weeks ago and paid $15.95 for postage assuming that the seller (omegatanhouston) was sending it by USPS Express Mail International, as stated in the auction

The figure arrived on Wednesday and I was well suprised to see he had sent it in a jiffy bag, by Airmail for the grand total of $1.80  I sent him an email straight away asking if he could explain to me why I had paid so much for Postage and this is the reply I got
I posted the cost in advance before you bid. It is usually a hassle to ship to anywhere in Europe and I take a risk of the item getting lost. I also have to stand in line for a ridiculous amount of time here in the US as the post office is one of the most poorly run government institutions on the continent. Because of all of this being a hassle as well as taking up my valuable time, I raise the price of shipping considerably to discourage the possibility of having to ship to anywhere Europe. However if the the buyer (you) is willing to pay it...then I will ship it. I hope that clarifies. On a side note, I am glad you are pleased with the Yoda. Respectfully, ****....
 Is this guy ****ing for real?
I wouldn't have cared less if he had charged me an extra $5 or so but $14.15 is a scandalous amount to pay for his time and effort.
I just can't decide now if I should leave him a Negative Feedback, Report him to eBay or do both?
How would you lot handle this situation?
