I've Hurd a few horror stories like this with comics and trading cards. I saw a video of a guy opening up a graded wax pack of American football cards (he was looking for a rare rookie card) only to find out that that cards inside the wax pack were replaced with cards from a completely different football season.

Unfortunately the disadvantage of comics is that the print number is on the inside and outside looks exactly the same! I am glad I don't collect graded comics!! This might be even bigger than Toy Toni if every graded comic is opened to see if the inside matches the label!!

What a stitch up, on the flip side someone else might send off a 65 back Ree-yees and get a 12 back luke back. :lol:

That was a bit sad to watch, he was clearly very upset.
I'm not sure why he'd send it off and then open it up though.
