I figure the clipper will be the hardest? Does anyone know which of the 12 characters would be easiest?

Here's my 12 back Luke on a very first issue UK Palitoy A card

Could you add in you opinion the 3 most common. I would need 3 examples of the most common for each of the various countries on the first page please.

Stormtrooper B card (A card is rare)

German General Mills has some of the first 12 figures on ESB cards.

All the Kenner 12 backs are fairly easy to find, but I'd say the 3 most common are:
Sandpeople
C-3PO
Jawa (cloth cape)

Top Toys only issued 3 first 12 characters, Chewbacca is VHTF, Vader & Stormie are easy.

Darth Vader
Stormtrooper
Chewbacca

Due to the limited first characters on this card, i'm sure it'll end up influencing your other purchases.

Jawa - dead easy
Ben Kenobi - second easiest
Death Squad Commander - not easy to find, but apart from Leia and Threepio easier than the rest which are almost impossible.

Harbert
Darth Vader - easy
Chewbacca - quite easy
C1P8 (R2-D2) - not easy to find and Sandpeople is only marginally harder to find.

Glasslite POTF
R2 & Threepio easiest to find.

After that I'm not sure possibly Luke :?

Glasslite has no 12 Back cards, but if your looking for different cards, you can also include Lili Ledy and Poch.

Oh, man wish i had a moc 12 Back clipper as those where the ones sold here officially in Belgium...

Yeah, I'm not sure how to specify. Basically its the 12 back characters on Star Wars cards.

According to this Lili Ledy did not have the 'traditional' 12 characters.

Clipper (Netherlands) - also from Belgium. Most Common clipper 12 Back is Leia, i think you have the biggest chance of finding this one.

Meccano (France) - All regular Size 12 Backs are pretty rare, if you buy a 20back square Card, then a Jawa or ben should be easy to pick up.

Takara (Japan) - i think the c3po is a pretty Common 12 Back here.

Harbert "Guerre Stellari" (Italy) - Vader/Chewbacca/R2D2 - i agree with the ones you listed.

Le Guerre des Etoiles (Canada) - there are enough different character availble if the character doesnt matter i am sure you would be able to pick one up over the time.

Top Toys (Argentina) - if to u want a top toys moc that is readily availble, go after a Stormtrooper or Vader moc.

Poch/PBP (Spain) - no idea?!?

Lili Ledy (Mexico) - many first 12 characters, i think an very cool variant and easy to find moc is the Jawa, downside is: you Will have to Pay nice amount to aquire this moc.

Not all the first 12 came out on Lili Ledy MOC's

Darth Vader

Chewbacca
Ben Kenobi
Stormtrooper
Death Squad Commander.........but named 'Star Destroyer Commander'

Forget R2-D2 he is really hard to find, Jawa quite easy but mega expensive, not sure on the others
