I'd ask him to return them to you & to include the receipt in an envelope stick to the parcel, then refund him the postage plus 10% of his original order as an act of goodwill.

Then post it out yourself once it's received as sent.

You don't want to loose more money to this guy or risk the goods not being as described and late!
