Rant! - bear with me or do not read further if you don't want to be bored -
So is it just me that's bored shitless of how things keep getting changed about on sites? - that's a rhetorical question BTW as I know we are all pissed off with things.
So I got an item today, its taken a good while to get to me & I was quite happy it finally turned up (not SW related), it's an angle grinder, hey ok its an old model, but I know they are good so better the devil you know.
So it turns up, casing is melted/chuck is seized on & the bushes are as good as gone, ok its was sold as seen, but no mention of any of these defects & sold as tested & working fine.
I figure no bother, I'll file an item not as described case right? - wrong!, they have only gone & taken this option away now & you only get the option to return the item for a refund & we all know who that works - we get shafted on return postage costs & have to send items recorded or we never see the item or our funds again, this takes the piss so much as although the item has seen better days I would have fixed it & am only looking to get a partial refund which I feel is fair under the circumstances.
Yet another nail in the coffin, but for a change it's in the seller's favour - now at least that's a refreshing change eh :|
