Hey guys, just listed all my loose figures up for sale on the bay, did it as a template as I always do so you get them on in time & then gone back to add photos & descriptions & its all changed (yet again drone).

Anyway long story short I took all my photos & uploaded them to photobucket & deleted them all off the memory card to stay organised & free up the memory card, so go to add them to the listing via self hosting & there is now no option (as far as I can see) to do it, just straight from your computer :| with all of them now deleted I have no way off adding photos to my listings without having to take them all again which would be a huge pain in the ass, as I also have like 15 to 20 modern ships & sets to put on as well as over 40 figures with multiple photos for each.

Am I missing something or am I really that screwed?

Not listed anything on there since they implemented the fees for postage & its all change - ahhrrrr :x why do they have to keep changing everything.

hey frank..... no outside links anymore

***Removal of self-hosted images in Sell Your Item on eBay.co.uk***

23 October, 2013 | 04:58PM BST

Hello,

From 30 October, sellers can no longer self-host pictures through the Sell Your Item flow.

Hosting on eBay has become a popular method for adding pictures, particularly as sellers on ebay.co.uk are now able to add 12 free pictures to each listing. This helps sellers to show as many angles of their item as possible.

This change applies to new items listed through Sell Your Item as of 30 October. Existing listings with self-hosted pictures are not impacted by this change. But all existing images on site need to account for the picture standards that come into effect on 30 October. Find out more information

- There is no impact to pictures self-hosted through third party tools – the only change is that the option to self-host pictures through Sell Your Item is no longer available.

- There is no impact to how pictures are added in the listing description and the picture standards are not applied against those pictures.

FFS, I have found a way round it as I just stripped my pictures from my FS thread on here, but this is so ****ing ****, why oh why do they have to keep ****ing with the way you do listings :? the whole listing set up has been altered & now takes twice as long, not like it was not enough of a pain in the ass to do already, at least you can still add further photos within the listing description if using html, but its still not idea by a huge margin.

I am seriously considering opting out & trying ebid as ebay seems to be becoming a right pain in the ass & the fees are spiraling out of control.
