sold an item friday

still no payment

looked at guys feedback even though its 100 positive i see he has some none buyer feedback

i put in a unpaid case, i assume i have to wait 4 days then i get my fee back then relist yes.

its packed up and ready togo. its v frustating. why cant you leave negs if a buyer hasn't paid

shall i ask the buyer to put in a cancellation, would i then get my fee back. i want this item shut off i dont want too wait 4 days then relist again..

You'll get your fee back when the unpaid case closes. You haven't actually paid a fe yet it's just registered as 'due'. It will be charged when you get your monthly ebay bill so if the case is resolved by then you won't pay anything.
Make sure you block him from your sales.

Also name and shame so everyone else can block him. These kind of pricks are a menace but ebay won't do anything about them, they don't care. All we can do is make sure everyone knows about them and blocks them.

What an arse and very frustrating :evil: And whilst opening a case is really the only thing you can do to get back at him it just ends up being more frustrating. If other sellers don't do the same he kind of gets away with it as he has no strike against his name and my buyer requirements are set up to block these types of idiots.
