I sold a figure to this guy last week and he hasn't paid. He has high 100% feedback, and I just checked him out on goofbay and he's spent over £17,000 on Ebay in the last 30 days! Mostly Dungeons and Dragons stuff but a few other MOCs too. So based on past history it looks like he'll come through, just worried by the lack of communication and huge spending spree!

I get this all the time. I usually resend the invoice after about 4-5 days then after 5-6 i send a message asking for payment. If no response by the 7th day i open an ebay case. More often than not they jump to it once ebay gets on their case.

He's just emailed saying he can't afford that. Funny that based on his bidding history! I might just burn the rest of my 12 backs, sick of it now

Probably just maxed out his Mum's credit cards Ed, just stick it back up on ebay or sell to second highest bidder?

This hasn't happened to me for years, what do I do now? I want to close the dispute so I can relist it, but also neg the ****er (without him being able to neg me back!) How do I do this? :(

You can't Neg him Ed :(

"Sellers aren't able to leave negative or neutral Feedback for buyers. That means sellers need other tools that will protect them against unfair treatment from buyers and bring those buyers to eBay's attention."

At best he will get a non payment strike - but I am not sure where these are even recorded

This really baffles me! So what's the point of feedback if somebody who only buys on ebay can't have less than 100%? It's madness!

So basically I just need to close the case and relist. Nice. How do I get the £30 ebay fee back?

I've had a couple of non paying ****wits lately Edd & you'll get your £30 final value fee credited back to your account when you close the case! :D

Ebay is a ****ing joke & run by mongs!

We have had a increase of non paying wankers recently.!  AND 17K on Dungeons and Dragons stuff!  What a waste of cash. I would rather 15K of that on the Rocket Fett from
Wormhole Collectables.

The guy quite clearly had mental issues to buy that much D&D stuff

I don't seem to be able to escape time wasters at the moment. Yesterday I had a 5 email conversation with someone asking idiotic questions like "is there any damage to the card I can't see?" To which I replied yes, the card is torn in half, is covered in creases, has major edge wear, and a sticker tear. You just can't see any of it in the photos."

He then told me he wasn't interested at the starting price, but was prepared to make a lower offer. Added to blocked list, sick of time wasting c****s.

Edd, I had the same problem a few weeks back. Was very much, a meeger £16 for a loose rancor and the ****er just wouldnt pay. Opened a case and got my fees back. The thing that pissed me off is the same as you, ebay have banned sellers from negging ****wit buyers who dont pay. How the hell are we suppose to let people know what the buyer is like. ****ing bull. If a ebayer is worthy of a neg whether it be buyer or seller, you should be able to so it.

Yeah it's an absolute scandal that ebay have stopped sellers negging buyers. Means they can **** people around as much as they like with no consequences. Shocking.

No it was a 12 back Vader. He also bought about 5 other MOC Vaders that day! Wonder if he paid for any of them...
