I am Fuming for you Ham! I was going to say where dose he live! He is in the states though you cant really go knocking on his door! The flight would cost more than the figure! Thats the sort of thing i would do though i think its the principle of the thing! Fu**ing scum bag! I hope you get your doe back fella! That's just wrong m8, phone them tomorrow & keep a cool head be polite & point out to them that the guy has the figure back in his possession & he also has your money, you WILL get one or the other as its illegal otherwise as its fraud.

Just ****in' gobsmacked!!! They didn't even give me a chance to send the letters from 3rd party's. I spoke to them today and they were sooo polite and thankful that I had sent them one letter that they had received and told them I was sending another later today.

Ham there's one last possibility if the PP stuff doesn't work out. Contact your CC company if you paid with one. They can claim it for you.

Dude PP will have give you funds back, either that or they believe the item to be genuine in which case the seller will have to return the figure to you, which you can then send for grading & you should then be able to claim for the figure & the grading costs.
They are aiding fraud if they do not give you one or the other & I for one would then consider legal proceedings against them.

**** me I'm going insane, if not already!!!
Spoke to them this morning and they said that the funds originally reversed and sent back to my bank account on the 27th had stuck and that they sent a message to HIM stating his appeal had been declined. Nice of them to let me know despite me talking to them on numerous occassions since PLUS WTF did it say MY claim had been refused this time??
Checked my accoutn and all good.
Just want to say a huge thanks for people's supprt and help in all this as I would've gone ****in' crazzier than I already am!

Just spoken to PP and it's all good. If the case comes back in his favour then PayPal have to pay him as it would be their fault as they have already issued me the refund! Tho I can't see PayPal being out of pocket on this. The guy at PP also said that he'll keep hitting the appeal button but he wont get ANY response from PP.

I am pleased its been resolved as I know it was bothering you big time & such things can really sour the hobby, just been had by customs a 2nd time in like a month myself, not sure how much I am being stung this time yet though & its only 3 baggies
also got someone that has sent me 2 baggies from the US & has not bothered putting the post code county or even my local town on the address FFS :evil: , so as far as I know the parcel is on its way back to the states - all the guy had to do was copy & paste my addy :? :? - nothing queer as folk though!
