Ebay advice???

Seen a few ebay items and on the payment details there is a green pound sign and a comment

For example:

"Pay as little as £39.99 [Show me how]"

Is this because I have an ebay voucher for £10 that ebay recently advised to me?

When you click on the show me how it doesn't!!

Any advice?
