Earthquake

our bedroom shakes every night mate .... :lol: :lol: ..no not a thing, to be honest i think a lot of people are jumping on the bandwagon..... but i live on a main road and lorrys pass me all the time so i have got used to it i suppose ??


not sure it went as far as blackpool or amsterdam though!! (as i just heard on the news) :? :?


and is jabba ok ..... i heard that a man in barnsley had a chimney stack fall on him and he is in hospital with a broken hip !! :shock: :wink:
 
Han, I'm not jumping on the bandwagon it felt quite bad here., nearly **** my pants when it happened.
I know it's at night when everything seems louder but ****ing hell it felt like someone was trying to tear the roof off.
had to nip downstairs to see if the collection was still on the shelf though,a relief when it was. :)

funny everyone seems to be saying the same (i belive you all) but i didnt hear a thing !!
 
I was awake when it happened but living fairly near the railway station I just assumed it was a slow cargo train although I did wonder what it was doing at 1am !! :lol:

So far the only damage here in Boston that I am aware of is a chimney has started to collapse on the Weatherspoons pub in the town centre !! 8)
 
not a thing, all the ****ing kids were going mad about it today like we live on the san andreas fault! ****ing idiots!
 
the tremour came down our street but saw my house and tip toed away :twisted: :wink:

ok i slepted through it so did our lasss and kids

sister said her weardrobe doors were banging and everyone was out on street :roll:

if i had heard it i still wouldnt have got out of bed :lol: :lol:
 
British natural disasters are really **** so everytime we get a pathetic earthquake people go overboard on it.

About the worst things we get are floods which are pretty grim for people.

Sometimes it gets a bit windy too.

The insurers should brace themselves for a flood of dodgy insurance claims after the quake. People will be blaming everything that's wrong with their house on the quake. "The earthquake caused cigarette burns to appear in my carpet"

You watch, there'll be a bloody tidal wave come up my street tonight after I've said this.
 
I was awake, and it shook me about a bit. Had to get on the PC on MSN so I could make sure I wasn't going nuts :lol:

I live about 15-20 miles away from the epicentre.
