Just sold an item to Jeff who was great throughout. Even when Royal Mail dropped a bollock and sent a next day Dublin delivery on a 3 week trip around Europe, he stayed calm and didn't pressure for a refund, preferring to wait for the incompetent post office.
Pleasure to deal with, can't say the same about Royal Mail.
