At first glance I was stunned. I couldn't believe the finishing price. 3,000.00 US . Then I went on to read what the seller stated in the auction. They sell in the 6,000.00 range carded. That was a red flag. Another red flag was the one photo he provided which wasn't good at all. Don't get me wrong the small tip on the figure is a great look, but the second releases of the sabers were similar. Oh don't forget it has the vinyl cape. "Duh'. The bubble also looked to big and almost the size of a trilogo bubble. Red Flag again. Low ebay tranaction number. Red Flag.
I investigated before I outed this completed auction and asked the seller to provide me with some pics. Here they are. I tried to blow them up as big as I could. Remember these are not my photos and nor do I claim to own this figure.

Then I went to theswca.com to compare to a carded example. Here is there photo. Right off of the bat my suspicion was confirmed on the bubble. Take a look.
This image is the property of theswca.com and is not my figure or image. I in no way claim to have or own this pictured figure.

WoW. I am kind of surprised at the lack of responses. I take it this of no ones expertise here.

I dont think anyone has much else to add dude. Its a really bad fake. The bubble is a poor reproduction and is far too big. The figure itself doesnt look mint.

The fact that it went for $3000 doesnt necessarily mean a whole lot. It could just as easily be the seller bidding on his own auction to try to stimulate genuine bids.

I don't think anyone who is willing to spend 3k on a toy does it without knowing something about said toy. If indeed someone has made a mistake they will figure that out quite quickly and get a full refund and leave negative feedback. Perhaps keep an eye on this one for the feedback.

First generation repro bubble, twice the size and the foot stand all wrong........dead giveaway.....anyone dumb enough to bid 3k on this is geeting an expensive lesson. Also looks like high gloss photo paper with a laserjet...total **** fake as my friend has stated above.
