dt break points

Do all dt's have visible break points? I believes it has 3 points where it came of the spruce tree.

ive been looking at normal sabers and cant see visible break points they seem smooth. So is it just dts that have visible break points?

It was only the dt's that had those break points, the break points were at the hilt end of the sabers on the standard.....however the early sabers (standard) with the letters on them have small ovals where the break points were, i would imagine that they altered the dt moulding tool and filled them in so to speak, interestingly you don"t find the ovals on the standard (though could be wrong) lettered sabers with two letters on them just the ones with the one letter
