Droid Factory/Sandcrawler/Land of the Jawas variant question

Trying to work out the different combos for the Droid Factory, Sandcrawler and LotJawas... have I missed anything?

Land of the Jawas:
Kenner SW logo
Kenner SW logo with rebate offer
Kenner Canadian SW logo
Palitoy SW logo

Sandcrawler:
Kenner SW logo
GDE ESB logo

Droid Factory:
Kenner SW logo
Kenner ESB logo
Palitoy SW logo

Do I have any missing? Did the Kenner DF and SC's also come with rebate off boxes?

Any help be great.

Do you have a pic of this one mate? I've got a kenner esb but not even seen a pic of the GDE one. Does it have the same alternate pic as the kenner esb?

Same pic as the Kenner issue one. I guess it would be considered Bi-logo as it is english on one side, French on the other in regards to the ESB logo and language.

I'll try and get a pic guys. I know of a guy who has this set but despite my many efforts he is bot letting go of it. This version of the playset is mentioned on webncf somewhere i believe. I'll see if i can find a link/ pic later.
