If anyone has the meccano to trilogo book, flip to page 124 onwards, you can see the whole range of these.

They were ads from a kids magazine called PIF gadget.

It even gives you the original captions translated into English , for example -

I do like these ads. Ive looked at this thread quite alot the last few days, as TFB has already said, I wouldnt mind a set of these!
I would also love the meccano to trilogo book, emailed the guy but had nothing back. There was a copy on ebay six months ago that sold for 7 quid. Gutted I missed the end of the auction! :roll:
