Dodgy ebay practice

There was an item on ebay i wanted on thursday so i put in a best offer for it,which was half the price with free shipping http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=270144942163&ssPageName=ADME:B:EOIBSA:UK:11 and a few hours later i get the best offer accepted email so i pay via paypal and today i go to check the oitem on ebay and notice 20 minutes before he accepted my offer and a few hours after i made my offer he added info that he is moving house so there can be no returns which means theres a good chance hes sold me a duff if that message had been there before i made my best offer i might have had second thoughts

not as yet will give him benifit of the doubt till the game comes but atleast if it is dodgy ebay anmd paypal will be able to see he added message after my offer was posted so i should be covered

i thought they wouldnt let you change a listing once a bid had been placed

Thats what i thought but it must be different for making offers

He has good feedback and you can always leave him a negative but isn't it rare for cartridge games to stop working properly?

You got to love the sizes of neo geo cartridges they are almost twice the size of a video cassette one of the games have 746 megs on it better than waiting for cds to load up
