Do you know, are related to, or even live near anyone who has been in a Star Wars movie ...ok, the prequels are included :wink:

Kenny Baker has lived in Preston all his life as far as i'm aware. I lived down the road from him when i was a kid. My cousin used to deliver papers to his house and i think went to the same school as his kids. My wife kind of knows him from her newspaper reporting. I think he's a local legend but she thinks he's not :?

There's also some guy in Preston who also used to do artwork for 2000AD 8)

Jeremy Clarkson lives not far from me - can't stand the twat, seen him in his Range Rover twice as well.

David Cameron's constituency home is also nearby, I have to pass it when on my way to local recycling centre (i.e the dump).

Quite a few celebs etc (Kate Winslett, Amanda Holden, Rebekah Brooks,) live nearby, but none from Star Wars as far as I know.

I assume so, he lives in a sprawling Cotswold mansion so it's hard to see when passing his house at 60mph, be better if he had a Tie-Fighter in his front garden though, I would definitely stop outside and see if I could peek a glimpse.

My friends wife's grandfather was Stuart Freeborn!

It's sad to hear of his passing recently but his granddaughter still has her memories of driver around Elstree studios in a little buggy whilst they were shooting star Wars. My mate, who's a big Star Wars fan boy couldn't believe it when she told him and then he met him and got to take a look in his shed with various bits and pieces from Yoda and Chewie, you can imagine his face

Hhaha no way this was going to be my one my brother lives in Welwyn Garden city and he knows some that knows him also if we are talking about other celebs now aswel Kate Moss lives where I live in London so does the sultan of brunei among others well they own property here.
