Dented bubble!!

Anyone tried to repair or improved a dented bubble on MOC? I know it's risky but wondered if there are success story!!

Genuinely, I once used Sellotape to pull a bubble back into shape, wasn't a high value card so wasn't to concerned. It worked ok. Not sure if I would do the same on a 12 back :lol:

Check my valuation request thread for the 12back Luke. I Did not do that, but i seems someone Pulled a dent out off the bubble once with great succes.

I read somewhere if you attempt something like that yourself make sure you have the bubble securely in hand so you don't pull it off the Card.

When you collect Trilogo's it comes with the territory :|

Try a blow dryer....heat it slightly and put it back into shape. A NO NO for trilogos.

I have heard of heat treatment being used to get rid of defects etc and apparently an experienced skilled hand will reap great results :!:

I dare say there have been many cock ups and people just shaking their heads wishing they had left that little bubble dent alone :lol:

Only Kenner works with this idea. Oh and unless you are skilled....I would suggest to stay away.
