Delivery help needed AGAIN :(

So I'm waiting on a package from the states. It's a big one. And I get this...

I come home to find no package of course but worse, no delivery note!!

How the hell do I get my parcel? I talk to the seller and he informs me through lots of insults that it's not his problem basically.

What should I do??

I would think that is just an input error - it is unlikely to have cleared customs and been delivered on the same day

They also write that when they have been told that a card has been left so you could check with the local collection office

with no delivery card and no parcel and tracking saying to pick up I'm a little lost

Do this, go to ParcelForce tracking page, put in the US tracking number it will give you an idea of the local tracking information and also the UK allocated tracking number. Then call ParcelForce with either tracking number and hopefully locate your parcel. Hope it helps!!

There you go mate, UK tracking number. Seems to says its at your local Post Office. For me they always leave it at a local Post Office to collect otherwise call them, give them the tracking number and they can tell you which Post Office they dropped it off at. All the best!!

Errrr, no not UPS, from US its USPS. Any international parcel with a tracking number from country of origin, once it enters UK its allocated a UK tracking number by ParcelForce. So if you type in the tracking number from whatever country, ParcelForce will track it and once in the UK it will have its own tracking number. See the above example from the USPS tracking number and the ParcelForce generated UK tracking number.
