Dave Mirra dead

BMX legend Dave Mirra shot himself yesterday aged 41. You know when people say: "He seemed so happy"? Well, that's how it was with Dave. I follow him on Instagram and he was always so positive. He got into triathlon after retiring from BMX and was doing really well, always posting inspirational training and racing stuff as well as loads of stuff with him playing with his young daughters and wife.

So I guess you never know how someone's feeling inside.

RIP Dave

Didn't know that guy but sad. I have known 2 people around my area who also sadly couldn't cope with there life. And its true nobody really knows how people are feeling even though they seem fine. I am sure we have all been up an down but unfortunately some people can't get back up. I think when someone gets in that frame of thought all feelings for family and friends dissappear because they are so low.
