Darth Maul Droid Controller Watch

Hey, I've been looking on-line to find out some information about this Darth Maul Droid Controller Watch but there's non apart from an old Ebay listing and another forum post about finding out some information about it! I know it was made in 1999 by a company called Watchit. And I'm pretty sure it was only released in the UK.
Also, does anyone know what it would be worth?
I didn't actually purchase it. It was given to me by a friend, but a price sticker on the bottom said £44, but she'd bought it from a shop years ago, so it's not a new price.
