Could I have your opinions on this vinyl cape please

What do you guys think of this?

Terrible arm holes, cut by a 4 year old or just played with by one? The close up has cross hatching on the inside.

Any help would be greatly appreciated cos as I have pointed out I'm new to the loose figure field having collected MOCs and I'm finding it a different challenge all together.

That's a Ben cape I think.
