Has anyone ever bought something from them?

I've had a little bit of a bad experience with them where the items I received were markedly different from the description on the site (no inserts were inserts were promised and components not in original sealed bags), but I want to trust them because they have items I desperately want. :|

I'm thinking of posting this same question at RS in the 'watch out' section, but as collector's gallery online is a sponsor of that site, will this get me banned there?

The one time I tried to buy on this site was not a good experience. Back when I was trying to get an Admiral Ackbar mailer I managed to get a sealed baggie figure on ebay and on the collectorsgalleryonline.com site they have an ackbar mailer complete minus a sealed figure. I ordered the mailer from them and never heard anything. After a couple of weeks I emailed them about it and was told the figure was at their other location and they would get back to me. About a month had passed and still nothing. During that time a complete mailer showed up on ebay that I won, so I cancelled my order with them and got my money back. The whole time I did get fairly quick replies to my emails, but I would expect an online store like that to ship out in a timely manner.
