Collection for deber?

Hi all

I have bought a couple of things of deber, think my 12" mib stormie came from her.

For those who haven't read the post, she has been burgled and her prized possessions have been stolen. The thread is on this collecting chat page,

Ok, who is closest to her and speaks regularly with her. You may need to be our lead on this...

I suggest we send her a loose figure or two that we may have spare as a present for her when she moves. So if someone in close contact is willing to collect the parcels we send you, then send it on to her as one package?

Who's in for this?

i don't have anything decent, but would love to donate some vintage spares even if its just to kick start her collection and allow some low level trading. I have a lando calrissian (blue), stormtrooper, and an ugnaught (without his bag) which I would be more than happy to send somewhere.

I really feel for her, its a terrible crime.

Although the wedding photos can't be replaced, maybe it will be fun to renew the vows on an anniversary...

Great to see the response, anyone a close contact that can take the lead, I don't mind doing it but as said earlier have only had limited contact over my two years on here with Deborah.

Not gonna do a list, may spoil the surprise of opening the box, if there's dupes they can be sold or traded.

Got to agree with Iain about a list.
Maybe keep it 'private' in PMs between the people who are donating and whoever takes charge of sending them to her.

Getting a dozen or so Chief Chirpa's might put her off collecting!

Count me in for donating. Also i can collect and send On if needed, but It might be even better if someone from Netherlands can do it.
If not, i would not mind sending On a bigger box to her.

Also maybe we should get one person to pm us details, so we can keep the list private so she doesnt know what she Will be getting. Just a thought.

I think a list will be good because going through the hassle of listing all the duplicates will be a nightmare!

I am happy to donate, but maybe a collection of cash would be better and then hopefully we can get her something really nice??

Sounds like we have a winner here lads. Perhaps if anyone wanting to contribute can send Frank a PM with the item they are sending over he can reply with his address and also whether that item has already been offered ?
