Clear plastic tube

I need a clear plastic tube with an inner diameter of 1-2mm to go around a DT sabre. Something like the red tube you get with WD40. Any ideas?

Modeller's paint brushes often have a small tube to protect the tip of the brush.. Might be a little big though

Are the tubes always red? I'm sure I've seen a clear one.
