As a neutral that's a pretty un-inspiring draw, You can pick the winner pretty much all of those games. City Barca being the only one I could see being close. Otherwise it's a, Utd, Athletico, PSG, Chelsea, Madrid, Dotmund, Bayern.

Aye, Leverkusen are a strange team. Woeful against a very ordinary Utd, twice! Yet second in a very competitive German league. I'd still fancy PSG to have too much for them though.
