CIB

I think CIB only get involved with AFA for authentication. Unless a CIB customer sent them in directly and asked them to handle them. Either way CIB didn't physically U grade them themselves. Although AFA might have at their request. I'd still like to believe these arent from U-grades and were just damaged stock with the bubbles partly open or detached. Some of those cards look so clean. Check out the Han Tri Logo. Unless the bubble has been cut around which is doesn't appear to be, it looks like the bubble has come clean off. I certainlly like to believe this - it would be a shame for such nice condition cards to be ruined.

Would suck greatly if any of these are the result of U Grading but I'm pretty sure at least some are not. There's a few in there that have been opened by lifting the bubble typically most of the cards I've seen in the past that have been the result of those grubby pricks at AFA they've been sliced open.
