Well, i feel like a bit of a dick right now. Sorry Jez, even though I didn't realise you were listing some medallions the wording of that post was quite harsh (i know this seems like backtracking...and probably is to a point, but hindsight is a wonderful thing).

My main reason for the post was there were clearly people in the panels who were clearly not there for the speakers and just for the medallions, and this can be seen by some people posting not just medallions but also loads of other show exclusive stuff. While we all might flip some show stuff (i have some emoji pin duplicates on ebay) just attending to make a profit over enjoyment detracts from the ezperience for me.

Well I'm clearly a bit of a Wanker lads, sorry.
I have taken a week away from Star Wars (Podcast/Facebook and forum) as I'm away on holiday and I needed the break. I've only just logged on for a minute and seen this thread. Robs search includes me. I've listed the 3 medallions I managed to acquire. I didn't want to rob anyone or be an asshole so I started all 3 with a £15 starting bid. For me the medallion was a freebie that I got from 2 panels I really enjoyed. I queued for an extra one at the end but just the one as it all seemed a bit crazy. Any money I get from this will simply go into buying something for my collection.
Mine finish tomorrow. I'm letting them run but will naturally do any SWFUK members free recorded postage.
Apologies if by selling these I'm a twat. I didnt think it was a big deal. Cheers lads.

There is nothing wrong with selling collectors track stuff on ebay. The coin/star tot sponsors (who get a bunch of the coin/star tot they sponsor) and panelists (who get a set for doing a panel) have been doing it for years. So if you've been to panel and got a coin, or queued up at the end for an extra one, you have as much right to sell that as they do.

The line is generally drawn on fan made stuff. The Archive Party poster from C7 even had a note on it saying it shouldnt be resold for money. And it kicked off when someone listed one on ebay. A few of the fan made items from CE3 are already on ebay. Some collectors will sell their leftover swag, I won't even do that. I'd swap for someone elses swag before monetizing it.
