CE II after show BBQ - or maybe smth else? [private event]

Sorry bro, wedding is on TOMORROW, so don't have much time to think about anything else right now. 
But, some quick thoughts:
Still would go for the BBQ here if we get enough lads to join.
But I'm afraid that a lot of cooler stuff will go on in Essen itself and we all would have to travel here first, which means that we possibly miss out on the cool stuff. To get the most out of it for all it might be wise to stay in Essen on Saturday evening. This is where the room sales will happen and I heard that RS is also planning for an event for their members and they will maybe get some of the stars to join. Of course no Hamill or Carrie, but I heard Gerald Home may be in for it. Sounds like fun.
But like I said before, until now the BBQ is not off the table. So far only received 2 confirmations and both said later that they would rather go for the room sales, so currently it doesn't look to good for the BBQ.
Think I won't be online too much this weekend after tonight, but will stay in touch of course.

To you and all others: For me the only other possible day would be Friday as I have to drive and pick up my son directly after the show on Sunday, because we will go to Legoland the day after (my birthday).
Feel free to share your thoughts and feelings here, so that we can find a solution which makes everyone happy.

CE II Friday evening schedule: 7:30 pm 10:00 pm -> Outdoor Return of the Jedi screening
I think: Not necessarily need to see it.
Rebelscum events on Friday evening: I don't know if anything is planned.
Room sales: I don't know if anything is planned (but probably there is...)
Conclusion: BBQ at my home could still be happening. But so far only 3 persons have confirmed (would have to check if it is still valid though?)
I think it may all depend on what the road trip guys are planning to do, if they want to drive to Dortmund on Friday evening, then it is on! (And here I officially ask if I can have a spot in the caravan, as it looks as if I will travel to Essen by train.)

Oh Dennis, tricky one. Even though i've seen it a hundred times, i haven't seen it with 1000 mega fans on a large screen outside before (ok i have seen it on a big screen in 1983 & 1997). I was kinda looking forward to sitting in the park with a beer and watching it

Haha, don't feel like that, it's totally OK! What matters the most is that we meet up, no matter when and where.
