It was pretty sweet. I was going to bid higher but I had to take the shipping cost and customs fees into account as the seller didn't want to mark the customs value down. I still hope to get a yellow one in the future though. I think they're cooler than the blue ones too.

Thanks John. I must say I really like the look of your 12 inch dolls mate. Especially the IG-88. Hes not an easy one to find in that condition.

Here is a new group shot of the carded run. I took them out of the Star Cases which was a proper effort but makes for a nicer photo. Its been a while sine the last one and I have made quite a few acquisitions since then.

Not yet Pete. Im still missing that furry little tosser Logray the Medicinal Ewok. I bought one 3 weeks ago but wasnt happy with it so sold it again.

Wow, just 1 left. That's pretty awesome. He's not that hard to come by but i guess whatever the figure, if you want it minty mint you always have to wait a little longer.

Whilst over at my Mum and Dd's place at Christmas I found these old pics of my collection taken in 1998 when I was 15! Very little of this remains as it has all either been upgraded or sold.
Made me laugh though. Prune face on a Tri Logo was my first MOC and I remember blue tacking him to the wall to display him.... Shudder! :lol:

Wow Chris, love the childhood collection! Do you still have them? I can imagine at the time thinking the Tri prune face was the dogs danglers?! I was collecting loose figures then- the idea of a carded figure was a dream. The Internet has really revolutionised collecting.

I'm afraid most if not all of them got chopped in and upgraded ed. when I got back from university and got a job I wasn't content until I had a full minty set. I did well to collect as many as I did ay that age with pocket money to be fair.

Snaggletooth the pics are on page 7 if this thread mate. You should be able to see them there. If not then I'm baffled mate sorry. Ain't the best with technology.

Definitely try and dig out your photos burnsy. It was good fun at the time. Very nostalgic!

I don't know if I would have any childhood pics, I clearly remember once lining everything up on the floor and taking a polaroid of it but whether or not that survived is another thing

I actually think when kids take pictures of their toys its the collector of the future first appearing in their character I mean what kid takes pictures of his toys? lol
