Im Having A Little Trouble Finding Info On This Figure...
As Far As I Know It Is A Cantina Band Member...
However, I Cannot Find Another With A Grey Top Like This One...

Can't say I've seen one with a grey top either ? Could of been painted by someone there looks like some grey on the black tunic ? Is there a date or any markings on the legs ?

You Mention The Paint, I Can See That Now, I Didnt Notice When looking At The Actual Figure In My Hand But The Photo Looks A Little Suspicious.

1997 Power of the Force 2 Mail Away Cantina Band Member.

The outer tunic has been removed, and the vest has been painted (as overpaint can be seen)

Nothing special at all to be honest... as it's incomplete (missing instruments too) and customised.

As MarkG says its a mailer figure, you can buy sealed ones of these for around £10.
