See what others say, but all that flashing looks like it's one of the older repros that came out maybe 10 years ago. They made black palace blasters and endor blasters too. They all float but the excessive flashing is the give away.

Well my black Luke stormie blaster that I've had for years turned out to be dark blue when I looked at it the other day so I'm afraid I can't help you.
