Can a baggie expert identify this baggie for me please??

Hi all.

I have this Yoda baggie but am clueless with baggies, i know nothing. What is is and value??

I don't know anything about them, but it looks like that's not actually sealed?, is the bottom end cut open and taped back together?
 
The baggie is not heat sealed on end but doesn't look like it's been cut open either. The tape is very old and from the looks of it has never been peeled off or open.
 
ESB-c taped Baggie I think, but I'm no expert, no idea on price though, Frank is the Guru for sure on this

This is an ESB-c tape sealed baggie, however they are not usually taped over the top edge like the example here. The plastic to the rear of the baggie should be taped behind and not to the top edge allowing the 'KENNER - made in hong kong' visable to the front of the baggie.
I have attached screenshots of the two different examples from Franks guide for you to observe as reference.
Regardless of the figure size the logo and coo on the front should be visible as demonstrated with the Amanaman picture.
Can you also advise what the glue residue is in front of the face as it is hard to determine, possibly from a price sticker?
