Therein lies the problem, I wasn't being sarcastic.

It was a bargain and a genuine heads up to the guys in the US, one of which will tell you I send him links directly as and when I see something that may interest him but I thought this one could be fair game for whoever.

You either;

a) thought you were being funny (failure of epic proportions)

or

b) were being a prick and are now trying to hide behind the perceived "sarcasm"

So there we are. I'll let our peers decide.

Its quite ironic that le jackal( or chacall in the book) posts a sarcastic remark and the whole world laughs with him..A new face to the forums posts a sarcastic remark which goes over everyones head and suddenly everyone gangs up to slag off the new guy..I joined this forum as most posts were filled with wiity sarcastic comments. i was surprised the moderators have never bothered to control all the foul language- i dont see it on any other sites for star wars collectors, but thats not my business..What is funny, his buddies coming out to support the jedi master and calling me all the names under the sun for getting one up on their mate...If you really have nothing better to do, get yourself down the ymca ..theres a few boys who will gladly let you play with their lightsaber and turn you to the dark side..

What on earth are you going on about? Your post wasn't sarcasm, or a sarcastic response. At best it was ill judged humour and was met with exactly the response you'd get if you barged into a pub and 'wittily' engaged with a group of folks having a chat. There is no animosity towards new people, and apologies if the language offends.

I'm not sure what to make of your reference to the YMCA and being turned to the dark side - more nonsense or something actually really quite unpalatable?
