Anyone see this offer BT's have now?

http://www.brianstoys.com/store/ProductInfo.aspx?productid=SV3LBSETOF96FIGURESAFA85

I have no idea about loose prices, let alone loose graded but I assume that has Brian's normal 5000% mark-up?

Ohh and BT's emailed me about this offer. I don't normally look at their stuff because it's too dam expensive.

I've had some terrible AFA85 loose figures in my hands before. No better than a C6/7 some of them. So that's £3500 for a set which will be of variable quality. A mint loose set will cost you less than a third and will be much more fun to put together.

they must have a back-log of these figures perhaps!

I hope they have a warehouse full of the little blighters, free them from their prisons, FREE THEM!

only for AFA loose, i can see why people keep their MOC's in cases!

I'm kinda with you there mate. Not really sure of the point in encasing a loose figure. Before people say to protect the paint etc, I have seen enough loose AFA'd figures where the paint has rubbed on the case and damaged the figure.

the cases could be a lot smaller to imo, why do they need so much room on the left hand side just to tape a weapon to it?

Why do they tape the weapon on the side, why not stick it in the figures hand, like it's ****ing meant to be!?

What I really dont get is removing them from a sealed beater card to a an AFA case to tell me what I already know...which is the figure is in MOC shape....no ****...I just tore it off the card.

I hate to say black when everyone else says white but Brian ain't all that bad. He is quite reasonable, He is usually open to cash offers, I have to say that he has been very fair with myself in the past.

Grant.

I've nothing against the guy at all, I just think he is very optimistic with his pricing.
I think he would make a lot more if he lowered his prices. Ok he would have a lower profit margin per item, but surely that is off set by increased sales? Plus he would reduce the huge amount he hands over to Ebay in re-listing fees!

His business though.
