Bought a new figure

Hi can any one help me here I just bought a new figure afa graded 70+ex death squad commander 12 back b looks hammered but I don't have a problem with the beat up stuff if not graded but this fella got a grade of bubble 80 but is lifting at the top of it would they grade that as an 80 like that or do u think it has started lifting after the grading? Any info would help life long fan just started collecting for the 3rd time from scratch cheers

Depends when it was graded i guess. Not wishing to patronise you but over time bubbles can come off of their own accord.
