Perhaps, but some of Sucklords earlier pieces sold at Christies for a small fortune earlier this year. There's not many people that can lay claim to that.

10 years ago, a lot of people would scoff at Banksey's work as rubbish, but now is hailed as an icon of modern popular culture. It's all subjctive and down to how much it is in the public eye.

Lucasfilm work hard to play his popularity down, even going to the lengths of asking websites not to post any news regarding him.

Sucklord has been on the vinyl toy scene for a very long time, which is where his peices are aimed at, rather than Star Wars collectors, but has been found at most of the Celebration events and even was one of the artists at the Vader project for CIV & CE.
